Ventu Systems, LLC ("Ventu", "we") runs ventusystems.com, and the temporary pages on ventuoil.com and ventugold.com. This notice covers these websites. Each Ventu application (Ventu Oil & Gas, Ventu Mining and Ventu Gold) has its own privacy notice.

What we collect. These websites have no forms and no accounts. If you write to us by email, we receive your name, email address and the text of your message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the pages run no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the sites.

Why. We use your details only to answer your message and to follow up about it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it. Our hosting and email providers, which process it for us under their terms. Our providers are located in the United States, so your information is processed there.

How long. We keep email messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to info@ventusystems.com. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with data protection rights, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children. These websites are for businesses and are not directed to children.

Changes. We may update this notice and will change the date below.
