These terms apply to ventusystems.com and the temporary pages on ventuoil.com and ventugold.com (the "Site"), run by Ventu Systems, LLC ("Ventu", "we"). By using the Site you accept them. Each Ventu application has its own terms.

1. About the Site. The Site describes Ventu Systems and its products. It gives general information only.

2. Not advice. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, engineering or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, mineral, oil or gas interest, or property.

3. Use of the Site. You may view the Site for your own information. You may not copy, frame, mirror or reproduce the Site or its content, scrape or crawl it by automated means, or use it unlawfully.

4. Ownership. The Site, its text, design, logos and code belong to Ventu Systems, LLC. Ventu, Ventu Systems, Ventu Oil & Gas, Ventu Mining and Ventu Gold are names of Ventu Systems, LLC.

5. Other sites. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Ventu is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and its state and federal courts have jurisdiction.

9. Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date below.
